How long does it take for my order to be processed/shipped?

Please allow up to 5-7 days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Due to COVID-19 orders may take longer to process, but you will be updated by email on the status.

What's your return policy?

Unfortunately, all orders are final once placed so returns are not available. If there is a concern with sizing or quality please contact us at crazyxclothing1@gmail.com.

Do you offer free returns/exchanges?

At this time we do not offer free returns/exchanges.

How does sizing run?

Sizing runs slightly oversized, but for exact measurements please reference the sizing chart at the bottom of the site.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, all orders are final once they have been placed.

What is the best way to wash my Crazy X garments?

Please consider using a machine wash with cold water. For a machine dryer tumble-dry on low or hang dry. First two washings recommended to wash without any other clothing.
